Q. Where do I park? How do I get there?

A. Parking is easy at FCEC! There is plenty of parking near each of the four venues. In fact there are more than 3,500 parking spaces within a 3-minute walk. The closest parking is directly behind the Selland Arena off of O Street.To see parking areas with directions, please click here to view the map.

Q. How much is parking?

A. Parking is $7, cash only

Q. Where do I purchase tickets?

A. Tickets for shows can be purchased directly from Ticketmaster® online at www.ticketmaster.com, all Ticketmaster® outlets or by phone at (800) 745-3000 and at the FCEC Main Box Office located in the Selland Arena 700 M Street, Fresno, CA 93721, (559) 445-8200.

Q. What are the Main Box Office hours?

A. The FCEC Main Box Office is open 10AM – 6PM, Monday thru Friday, and opens two hours prior to weekend shows.

Q. What is the Administrative Office address and hours?

A. We are located at 848 "M" Street, 2nd floor Fresno CA, 93721. The administrative offices entrance is located off of Inyo Street. Our office hours are 8:30 AM – 5 PM, Monday - Friday.

Q. Are buildings ADA accessible?

A. All buildings are ADA accessible. Assistive listening devices are available in the Saroyan Theatre
for each show. For more additional ADA information, please call our main line at (559) 445-8100 or call our Main Box Office at (559) 445-8200.

Q. Can I bring my own caterer to a wedding or other event?

A. Pardini's Catering & Banquets is the exclusive caterer for all events held at the Fresno Convention & Entertainment Center. Outside food and drinks are not permitted.
